OUR STORY
{The Artist} I remember as a little girl, I would sit next to grandma, watching her make anything from pineapple tarts, to peanut butter cookies, to other asian sweets. The curious side of me always wanted to help, and little did I know, a passion for baking was found.
As the passion grew, the trial and error of baking also grew. Every opportunity that came along, I would always try to create something sweet. And each time the response that I get either from a family member or friend, would be remarkable. The best part was being able to see the very first reaction of them when they see the creations I come up with.
Flash into the future, I decided to enroll in the Baking & Pastry Arts Program at George Brown to receive the qualifications and skills. I later enrolled in more courses at the famous Cordon Bleu in Paris (which was always a dream!) and worked for a few bakeries and cafes. The room for my own creativity was just lacking working under strict rules of bakeries so I decided to pursue my own company. And here I am today, Fresh Crumbs was officially launched in 2013.
