How do I place an order?
To place an order, please email us at info@freshcrumbs.ca or fill out our contact sheet or simply give us a call! Remember to include your Name, Telephone #, Email Address, Event Date and Number/Type of Sweets you need.
When should I place my order?
Due to the hours of care and attention that each design is required, we take limited orders per week.
We require a minimum of THREE weeks notice for small orders and a minimum of THREE months for weddings. For popular summer wedding months, it is recommended to book SIX months in advance. All other custom orders or designs, we do require additional advance notice.
Are your products peanut free?
No, our products are NOT created in a peanut free environment. Although some products may not contain peanuts, it may contain traces or have come in contact with other nut products.
How much deposit is required?
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking and it will confirm and secure your date. This deposit will be applied to the total of the order.
The remaining balance will be due at the time pickup/delivery. For wedding orders, the remaining balance will be due 1 week prior to wedding date.
What can I expect during a consultation?
Cake tastings are only available for wedding consultations. A tasting can be arranged at a fee of $30 (non-refundable) and this fee will be credited if you decide to move forward with us.
The consultation will be ONE hour in length and during this time, the couple will sample a variety of flavours, discuss designs and pricing. It is highly recommended for the couple to bring pictures, their invitations, color swatches, and anything that they want to incorporate into the wedding cake.
Please limit the consultation to only the Bride and Groom.
Do you deliver and setup?
Delivery and setup charges vary depending on venue location and will be assessed when placing your order.
Our products are securely boxed for delivery and transported in an air-conditioned vehicle.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Cheques (payable to JOANNA YEUNG) and Email Interac Transfers. A service charge of $25 will be added for NSF cheques.
